So over the past few weeks I’ve emailed my realtor with around 15 houses that I’ve found that passed all the steps to achieve status worthy of being looked at (on the inside)…of those I’ve seen 2. One sucked, one was meh. I emailed him like 4 more yesterday, of those 4 all were already gone. This house hunt thing is just getting to be depressing and aggravating. =(
